Check It Out!

Happy Monday to all of you.  We have a new challenge for you over on the Pollycraft Challenge Blog.  Our lovely Jane chose our theme this week and she chose the theme "Check It Out" ... so we want to see your projects with ginghams and/or plaids.

I used the cute Cuthbert and Kiki - Kiki Honey Bunny image.  I love this little bear dressed up in his bunny suit.  He's colored with copics and colored pencils and there's some glitter paint on the heart on his tummy.  I used Glossy Accents on his nose, and on the duck's beak and feet.  There's also Liquid Applique on his fluffy tail.

We're being sponsored this week by Pollycraft and the prize is 10 digis of your choice, so I hope you play along with us this week.  Be sure to stop by the Pollycraft Challenge Blog to see the DT's gorgeous gingham & plaid projects.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs, Anita

  4. I just love your coloring and choice of dp's! When you color with both the copics and prismacolors do you lay down a layer of light copic first as your base color and then shade with the prismas and gamsol? I love the vibrance! I used to do that with SU markers and watercolor pencils, but I'd forgotten about it!
